The raw physical strength, flexibility, power, agility, coordination, grace, balance and control required in gymnastics are not only impressive, but also requires absolute dedication and focus to achieve this elite level.

We at The Life Sports offer state-of-art hall and all the up-to-date equipments. Special attention and care is given to the smaller kids at Beginners Level. The Life Sports has a system and there are LEVELS viz. BIGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCE. Every new admission is assessed by our team of coaches and they decide which Level should he be admitted to. We have a team of highly experienced and qualified coaches. Utmost care and attention is given to the techniques, forms and posture of each child.

A PROGRESS REPORT is prepared of each student where we call upon the Parents and discuss his performance and progress in detail. We have a team of SPORTS COUNSELLORS who not only discuss the Progress Report in detail but also give parents insights of how sport activity can be hugely beneficial for the child.

Right eating habits are crucial for delivering enhanced performance. Keeping this in mind, we have an in-house Nutritionist where he guide for eat right, consume ENERGY FOODS. . He shall give you your detailed BMI report, micro-plan your daily food requirements, etc.
